You have the right to revoke you contractual statement within two weeks without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the good. The cancellation period begins at the earliest after receipt of written revocation rights information to be communicated separately. Revocation consequences
In case of an operative revocation, the mutually received attainments are to be returned and, if necessary, utilized usage (e.g. interests) have to be given back. If you only can return the received attainments completely, just partly or in a declined condition, you have to pay compensation for the value, if necessary. This does not apply for the surrender of goods, if the deterioration of the product can be attributed solely to the inspection thereof, in a manner similar to inspecting a product personally in the shop. You can otherwise avoid compensation, if you do not use goods as owner and omit everything that could lead to a decreasing value. You are responsible for covering the costs of the return shipment if the product we delivered corresponds to the product you ordered. Otherwise, the reconsignment is free of charge. Packet transportable goods have to be returned to our risk. Not packet transportable goods will be picked up. Payments have to be refunded by the customer within 30 days from dispatch of the notice of withdrawal.
